The Dior Forever Velvet Veil is a high-performance, 24-hour blurring primer designed to create a flawless, matte canvas for foundation application. This 30ml treatment-enriched formula goes beyond simple prep; it actively improves the skin’s texture while providing a weightless, “velvet-skin” finish that remains comfortable from morning to night.
Key Benefits & Formula:
-
Instant Blurring Effect: Engineered with fine-milled powders that scatter light to instantly diminish the appearance of pores, fine lines, and skin imperfections.
-
24-Hour Matte Control: Regulates excess shine and keeps the complexion looking fresh and refined, even in humid conditions.
-
Clean & Floral Infused: Enriched with a high concentration of floral skincare ingredients, including Iris extract for comfort, Pansy extract for hydration, and Rose hip extract to refine skin texture over time.
-
Universal Shade: The translucent, peach-toned tint is designed to be universal, blending seamlessly into all skin tones to neutralize dullness without leaving a white cast.
The Velvet Sensation: Unlike traditional heavy matte primers, the Velvet Veil features a fine, breathable texture. It creates an invisible “veil” over the skin that allows the complexion to breathe while significantly extending the wear of your Dior Forever foundation.
Why Choose the 30ml Velvet Veil?
-
Skin Compatibility: Formulated to be non-comedogenic and tested on sensitive skin.
-
Preparation: It smooths the skin’s surface, preventing foundation from settling into pores or dry patches.
-
Finish: Provides a sophisticated “soft-focus” matte finish that looks natural rather than flat.
How to Apply
-
Prepare: Apply to clean, moisturized skin.
-
Smooth: Dispense a small amount and smooth outward from the center of the face toward the edges.
-
Set: Use alone for a natural, blurred effect or follow with foundation for a professional, long-wearing makeup look.
